✅️Trust your skills and your routine without second-guessing.
✅️Ditch perfectionism, frustration and learning plateaus.
I’ve grown not only as a language learner, but also in how I relate to myself in the learning process.
I’m truly grateful for Emily's support, her calm guidance, and the space she creates.

I get it. Fluency feels so far away right now.
You might have used all the textbooks, tips and advice on YouTube, classes, or programs, yet you still aren’t where you want to be.
You go down the rabbit hole of finding tips, not studying.
You still forget words you’ve seen 10 times or more.
You procrastinate, thinking you just need to be "ready".
You hesitate, freeze, or your mind goes blank even when you know what you want to say.
You feel guilty for not being “productive” enough or not using the “best” learning methods when life gets in the way.
It’s easy to assume you’re a bad language learner.
Maybe you’re tired of getting in your own way.
Or overwhelmed and frustrated with not seeing results from the hours (or years) you invest.
Have you ever daydreamed of the day you…
✅️Can finally master any language (when and where you want)?
✅️Speak any language without fear?
✅️Know how you learn best?
✅️Trust yourself and stop second guessing your routine?
✅️Have a sustainable, joyful setup that actually makes you look forward to studying?
✅️Make lasting, consistent progress without the guilt, self criticism, and doubt?
You're not a bad language learner. You just need a system.
Multilingual You helps you finally build your language learning system that's tailor-made for your life, your brain, and your goals.
All so you can make real, lasting progress without burnout or guilt.
Imagine waking up knowing exactly what to do next, trusting your process completely, and actually enjoying your study time again!
That’s what sustainable fluency feels like.
Before working with Emily, I was drowning in resources. I had tried every tip and tool out there, but I felt completely overwhelmed and lacked a system that actually worked for me.
Working with Emily changed everything. She helped me create a concrete roadmap that accounts for how I learn best...She gives you the space to talk through your own thoughts but steps in with expert guidance the second you hit a roadblock. I have gone from overwhelmed to organized and I finally have a sustainable learning system that fits my life.

Every minute and effort you put in gets to count.
Multilingual You is the last language program you’ll ever have to invest in, because when you know yourself best, you’ll no longer fall for the next shiny “quick fix” demanding your attention.
In fact, you’ll know exactly how to tailor the resources and strategies you already have to fit your brain, personality, and life. The fear of missing out will no longer be a factor you consider when browsing your next resource or routine.
Multilingual You works
because it helps you master the
Mindful Fluency Method.
This is my signature language coaching method based on my 3 “USE” principles of language learning:
Make every part of your system useful, sustainable, and enjoyable.
What is the Mindful Fluency Method made up of? Glad you asked!
It’s a system with 7 parts of transformation, split into 4 phases that you’ll experience during the program.
Phase 1: Grounding
Part 1: The Purpose Anchor
Why it’s crucial: Moving beyond "I want to learn X language" and “SMART goals” to clarifying "Sweet Spot" goals aligned to your rhythm. We anchor your language journey to your deep-seated purpose so that when motivation dips, you still stay grounded and joyfully disciplined.
Part 2: The Audit
Why it’s crucial: We’ll sort through everything you’ve been using and keep only what truly works for you.. We stop any hoarding of endless resources, solve any “shiny object syndrome” and FOMO getting in your way, and identify what aligns with your specific goals, lifestyle, and brain.
Phase 2: Building
Part 3: The Language Project
Why it’s crucial: This is where talking about strategies in theory becomes joyful clarity combined with action. Inside coaching sessions, we don’t actually build just another “routine”. Instead, we build a 9-month long language project that stops your procrastination, holds you accountable, lets you practically apply the skills you want to improve (even with a busy schedule).
Part 4: Curating Resources + Strategy
Why it’s crucial: Following the curriculum of the "Resilient Learner Library," you’ll master every step of how learning a language works (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Confidence, and more) so you aren't guessing how to learn. By the end, you’ll be executing the best practices hand picked for how YOU learn best. This work also helps build the foundations of your learning system that supports your independent growth + confidence post-program.
Phase 3: Flowing
Part 5: Experimentation Cycle
Why it’s crucial: A structured test run where we adjust your study routine to your real life. That means balancing mindset, outside obligations, and energy levels to the aligned goals and purpose you determined. We make intentional adjustments to your system while following the flow of our language project.
Part 6: Boundaries and Patterns
Why it’s crucial: Identifying behavior patterns and setting boundaries sets you up for long term success (so you no longer feel like you’re getting in your own way! We tend to hold ourselves back most after all). By integrating this, you master how to recover more quickly from any emotional, mental, and logistical barriers you face.
Phase 4: Thriving
Part 7: Mastering Seasons
Why it’s crucial: Transitioning efficiently from different seasons of learning that each have their pros and cons. You’ll build this skill to reach fluency and maintain your language for life (no matter what life throws at you). Plus, you’ll learn how to duplicate the Mindful Fluency Method and your unique learning system with any future languages. In this final phrase of transformation, you’ll become your own best teacher and coach.

Hi, I'm Emily!
And I’m the fellow introvert behind Language Travel Adoptee. I have dedicated my life’s work to helping language learners get fluent on their own terms via the Mindful Fluency Method and my 3 USE principles of language learning: make learning Useful, Sustainable, and Enjoyable.
Achieving not only fluency, but lifelong joy and fulfillment in any language, takes more than simply organizing, planning, and staying consistent doing the “right” things.
My language coaching practice pairs effective strategy with the whole person you are behind your languages – your identity, your personality, your emotional and mental roadblocks, the life and hobbies that you built alongside your language studies… and I weave that all through Multilingual You and private coaching sessions!
I combine my focus on this holistic learning approach with my expertise in coaching over 100 language learners, my decade-long experience as a certified ESL teacher, and a perfectionist learning 12+ languages while maintaining fluency in 7. I’m constantly seeking out new ways to better connect with the experiences of my clients, including taking language exams, being both a teacher and student in various language classroom settings, going to in person and virtual language schools, and more.
I’ve witnessed over and over the powerful influence of language learning on one’s life. Your perspective and opportunities for connection expand, you become more confident, you create a home in multiple places, and you can lead a truly international life anywhere you are.
I am committed to building all of that with you, including your own system and framework that lasts long after our work is over.
When I’m not sharing my joy with others through languages, you can see me dancing salsa or performing contemporary, writing, or scoping out the best ramen place in whatever city I’m in!

New Year, New Language Summit
Working with Emily has completely transformed the way I experience language learning.
Before, learning languages felt stressful, overwhelming, and full of pressure. Through coaching with Emily, I didn’t just learn how to study — I learned how to understand myself as a learner.
She helped me gently work through my blocks, step by step, without pressure. Instead of forcing methods that didn’t suit me, I discovered ways of learning that actually feel natural, flexible, and enjoyable.
What makes Emily’s coaching so special is that it’s not about performance. It’s about self-trust, clarity, and building a learning process that fits your personality and your life. That’s why the change feels lasting.

How did you build the Mindful Fluency Method?
This is my signature language coaching method I built based on...
- years of psychology and linguistics research
- personal experience learning 12+ languages while reaching fluency in 7
- decade-long teaching experience as a certified ESL teacher
- certified expertise in coaching language learners via groups, one on one, and other courses and video content
I continuously refined this method for 3 years with over 100 learners of diverse learning and linguistic backgrounds until it became the method it is today.
Does Multilingual You teach me a language?
No, it teaches you HOW to learn any language.
This is a 9-month partnership that equips you with the language skills and system you need for life. It is process specific, NOT language specific. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, Multilingual You helps you adapt any steps of the Mindful Fluency Method to what you need for success.
What kind of language learner is Multilingual You for?
You could be…
- Learning a language for fun
- A serial dabbler
- Sticking to one language deeply
- Learning a language for a job
- Learning a language to live abroad and integrate more fully
- Refreshing and getting back into learning after a break
- A current or future traveler or expat
Wherever you are in your journey, Multilingual You meets you where you’re at.
Do I have to buy anything extra to participate in Multilingual You?
Nothing else needs to be purchased.
We meet you where you’re at, which means we work with what you already have! Besides, Multilingual You is designed to be the last language program you’ll ever need to invest in. No other hidden costs at all!
Will I have to stop studying my language to complete all Resilient Learner Library chapters?
Nope! This library presents you with a flexible curriculum to complete by the time Multilingual You finishes. You have plenty of time (9 months) to do so, plus it's self-paced so it fits your busy schedule.
It also doesn’t require you to stop your language studies in order to practically apply what you learn from it. In fact, you’ll reap the most benefits if you complete it alongside your current studies!
Think of it as the cherry on top that complements your learning. We can always talk more about in what order and when to consume it that works for your routine (inside our first coaching call).
What availability can I choose from when scheduling live coaching sessions with you?
Availability for coaching sessions is every day between 7PM to 11AM EST (until mid-August 2026).
Afterwards, my typical availability will be every day from 7AM-11PM EST.
Why is this program specifically designed for 9 months?
9 months gives you time to build, test, and refine your system through real‑life seasons. You'll experience in real time the exact rhythm that makes your learning sustainable, enjoyable, and useful in any language.
It also gives you time to complete the 8 chapters of the Resilient Learner Library. We don’t just consume more information. I give you the absolute essentials plus the time to implement, track patterns, and set boundaries with new knowledge. 9 months helps you not feel rushed in order to do this.
Plus, testing out your system through various stages of your life can’t happen just like that. 9 months plus the 3 additional months of Voxer support (post-program) give you the best window for determining the adaptability of your system + ensure we make necessary changes in real time.
How much time per week do I dedicate to reap the full benefits of Multilingual You?
Approximately 30-60 min per week for 9 months.
Each live coaching session is 60 minutes, scheduled 2-4 weeks between (1-2 hours per month).
Each of our library chapters takes around an hour each to complete.
I recommend doing a chapter a month minimum, 1 live coaching session per month minimum, and setting aside an extra 1-2 hours per month for mapping and adjusting your learning system over time.
An extra 30-60 minutes per week in exchange for faster progress, a more international and connected life, and fluency achieved on your own terms? Heck yes!
As for everything else, you get to decide how much or how little time you want to spend. Tons of asynchronous support is available for you to check in at your own pace with a busy schedule. Our private community that hosts a variety of activities, challenges, and prompts lets you check in when you have the time and desire to do so.
What is 1:1 Voxer support?
Voxer is like any text communication app. It requires only your email to sign up for it free, and lets you write me any questions, share comments and reflections, stay accountable, and solve any problem you’re facing.
You won’t have to feel embarrassed asking questions in a group setting! It’s a safe space dedicated to your language learning growth.
This is the perfect complement to busy language learners’ schedules. Note that our private podcast cache is also great for accountability and support outside of live coaching sessions.
How do the 1:1 coaching sessions compliment what The Resilient Learner Library already provides?
The Resilient Learner Library, where fundamental aspects of language learning are mastered, and regular practice opportunities are an important part of success.
However, the personal accountability, implementation help, and expert guidance you get in our coaching sessions together ensures you’re crafting your system and language project according to YOU.
The Mindful Fluency Method advocates for USE-ing your learning system + framework (make learning useful, sustainable, and enjoyable) based on how your brain, your life, and your goals work — not someone else’s. Coaching sessions allow for the highest personalization level and support to make this possible.
What kind of atmosphere do you set during our 1:1 coaching sessions?
I work in equal partnership with you, as well as the philosophy that YOU already have the answers inside you to decide what you need, when you need it. That means when taking on a coaching position, I will...
- always strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space with you so we can identify, explore, and/or strengthen your goals, ensuring they're sustainable and healthy for you
- always let you know that you're free to tell me when something isn't working, and when a strategy we're implementing isn't resonating with you
- not be the coach that gives you a direct, cookie-cutter answer you could have googled (but will guide YOU via powerful, intentional questions and exchange of ideas, so that you know exactly what to do next + have the energy and motivation to do so)
- hold you accountable for meeting and implementing your goals, but know that it is equally the responsibility of the language learner to hold up their side of the implementation
Be aware that during our sessions, you can request that I take more of a mentoring position. Unlike a coaching position, a mentoring position will be able to give solid suggestions, tips, and advice based on my personal and professional experience as a language learner, teacher, and coach. There is still exploration involved, but I will be able to give you more direct answers and concrete advice on your next steps (as opposed to coaching, where we use pure exploration and increasing of your confidence, and where that concrete advice on your next steps comes more from you and less from me).
My default position will always be a coaching position, but I will always ask if it is okay with you to switch to a mentor position before offering any advice or tips. Usually after the first two sessions (or even less, depending on how well we've known each other before), I'll know whether to take more of a coaching or mentoring position with each language learner, and stay flexible session-to-session depending on needs. It's different for everyone and adds to even more of the personalization aspect for your entire experience in Multilingual You!
What’s the flow of a typical 1:1 coaching session?
A coaching session (60 min) with me will always abide by the International Coaching Federation's standards, and is usually broken down into these parts:
Creating trust and welcome
Setting the goal
Finding the solution
Making a choice
Implementation in life
Completion of the session
How do the 12 coaching sessions work together to make Multilingual You effective?
Session 1 (60-75 minutes): We investigate your goal deeply and I can get to know you, your motivations, and your personality better. We create a concrete Point A to Point B language project (including milestones) of where we are going and how we're going to get there. I will also help you make a choice on your immediate next steps and implementation in life (according to our longer term Point A-B framework we agreed upon before) and point you towards what needs your most attention in the Resilient Learner Library. I then use this data and your feedback to help you set up the foundations of your learning system from the get-go.
Sessions 2-11 (60 min each): Note that each session will be completely personalized to the learner, so it is impossible to lay out exactly what to expect in our middle sessions.
In general, I determine with and hold you accountable for completing agreed-upon phrases of transformation + milestones, allowing us to finish our language project on time (in 9 months from the time your portal access opens). This includes using a variety of coaching tools, carefully curated coaching questions, and other resources to remove any emotional, logistical, and mental barriers you run into while creating your learning system and framework.
We brainstorm, implement, and reflect + refine together inside a shame free space. You’ll learn in real time how to adjust your system to anything your learning or life throws at you, with expert support always by your side. These sessions are usually scheduled anywhere from 2-4 weeks apart, giving you time to implement and experiment on your own (while receiving asynchronous support via Voxer when you need it).
Session 12 (60 min): This session helps wrap up our language project, add final touches to your learning system, and provides you with a final cheat sheet to use for growing independently and becoming your own best teacher and coach.
Our cheat sheet lays out what patterns I’ve witnessed from how you learn best, your strengths, affirmations and boundaries agreed upon while working together, plus any other tools you can immediately use for support after the 9 months is complete).
We'll also work out how you'll best be supported with the included 3 months of 1:1 Voxer support post-program.
Lastly, we'll do a short reflection about your time inside Multilingual You, your accomplishments, and address any last questions or comments you have.
What should I expect after signing up?
You’ll get your first onboarding email within 24 hours of sign-up with your last payment date listed (if you decided to pay in installments) plus a summary of what to expect before your own portal for Multilingual You opens + your 9 months access begins (on April 1st).
Within the first week of gaining access, usually in the first few days, we hold our 1st coaching session (60-75 minutes) to establish our language project, where you should go first inside our library, and assure your "sweet spot" goals are aligned with you.
Working with Emily has been a rich and rewarding experience.
I started this process with Emily feeling burnt out with language learning and feeling negative about myself because of my perceived shortcomings in the languages I had been working with.
She has given me the tools and insights that I needed to grow not only as a language learner but also as a more thoughtful and hopeful person as a whole: tools and insights that I'm sure will continue to help me stick to the system we built.
At the end of this process, I am leaving with a renewed vigour for language learning, buckets more self-compassion, and a much healthier focus.
Faster progress, a more international and connected life, and fluency achieved on your own terms?

It all starts by making your languages useful, joyful, and sustainable.
And post-program, you won’t just be fluent in your language, you’ll be fluent in how you learn.
That’s what makes your transformation inside Multilingual You last a lifetime.
